Jeff Nischwitz is an entrepreneurial-minded attorney with extensive experience in leadership development, building relationships and helping entrepreneurs and business owners grow their businesses.
Jeff is no stranger to the business of law and growing an entrepreneurial law firm. Beginning as a partner in a large northeast Ohio law firm, Jeff later left the corporate law firm to take the leap into entrepreneurship by creating his own law firm. After building and growing that firm into a northeast Ohio success story, Jeff did what few dare to even consider: he left that which he knew and which was successful to go in search of his true calling. For Jeff, getting by or merely succeeding without loving what he does was not acceptable.
Jeff’s business journey puts him at the intersection of business advise and legal acumen, which allows him to uniquely support entrepreneurs on their entrepreneurial journey. Prior to founding Consigliere Legal (dba The Nischwitz Law Group Co. LPA), Jeff was the CEO of CoreX Legal, a Tampa and San Francisco based law firm focused on serving entrepreneurs. Jeff is also the Founder of Think Again Leadership, a speaking, consulting and coaching company that helps business owners grow their people and build their businesses. Jeff also works extensively with business owners and their teams to help them achieve their highest levels of performance and business growth.

In order to eliminate the gap between entrepreneurs and the legal advice they need, we offer two pricing models. Our preferred model is a monthly general counsel subscription that provides the entrepreneur with unlimited telephone and email access, as well as their basic legal needs and documents. These models are priced to align with the financial and cash realities of most entrepreneurs.
If the monthly general counsel subscription model doesn’t work for you, we’ll propose our work on a fixed fee for each project. No more uncertainty about how many hours the project will take with an unknown bill for legal fees at the end. You’ll know what the cost is at the outset, and we’ll get the work done to your satisfaction for the agreed upon fixed fee no matter how much time it takes. In other words, we’ll take the risk of time and cost with you.
